This would allow conference administrators to set an email that recipients could reply to by modifying the header when emails are sent out from the system. This would avoid diluting email delivery, while not making the ADMIN_EMAIL to be the reply-to email. That way responses would go back to administrators when a recipient replies to the email (e.g. asks a question).
