Changes the language from members to metrics
...
The reason is because Positive Spin policies have changed. These metrics give you a better idea of who has actually been at the shop based on metrics:
Days and Hours (currently 2 / 8)

Currently, searches ranges for volunteer specs for membership, and notes paid
member when they also qualify as a volunteer member.
