+### Upgrade Process
+
+1. Stop the current containers and remove volumes:

+2. Update WordPress version:
+   - Modify version in `Dockerfile.wordpress_fpm`
+   - Update `IMAGE_WEB` in `.env` file
+
+3. Build and test the new environment:
