freesource fe3ae88fa8 Nicer deps .. perl-modules (includes Readline) apt >= 0.5.1 because of build-dep 
and edited --help so virtual options are properly represented for -q as well
as searches.

freesource 0b61633f25 $home was $main::home .. this was a different private variable on a subroutine 
which has basically become history.  The apt() is what is important and
this was cleaned up a bit, too.

freesource a3fea33120 This adds the no_rebuilddb Configuration option, because changes in the 
status are now first diffed, then if a change is found --db --check is ran,
and then --rebuilddb (100% stable).  This is nice for programs like make-debian-x11.

freesource 668cf89dff This creates a dswim->swim link. The project is now officially the 
Debian System Wide Information Manager, so people know what it is about, versus
its prior generic approach as a IM to run on all distributions.
